Job Overview

This role leads the implementation of sustainable agriculture projects in Rwamagana, focusing on soil regeneration, water conservation, and agroforestry initiatives. The position requires collaboration with local farming cooperatives, government agencies, and international development partners to scale climate-resilient agricultural systems. The successful candidate will drive measurable impact through data-driven project planning and community engagement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and execute sustainable agriculture projects aligned with national food security goals
  • Coordinate with local farmers, NGOs, and government stakeholders to identify project needs
  • Monitor project performance using KPIs and generate quarterly impact reports

Salary

350,000 – 450,000 SSP per month, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
