Job Overview

The Store Operations Supervisor will oversee daily store activities, ensuring operational excellence, high customer service standards, and compliance with company policies. Reporting to the Store Manager, you will coordinate staff scheduling, inventory control, visual merchandising, and loss prevention initiatives. Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and motivate a team of sales associates, cashiers, and stock personnel to achieve daily targets.
• Manage inventory levels, conduct stock counts, and coordinate with the logistics team to ensure product availability.
• Implement visual merchandising standards and promotional displays to enhance the customer experience.
• Monitor store performance metrics, analyze sales data, and propose corrective actions to improve profitability.
• Enforce health, safety, and security protocols, including loss prevention measures.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints promptly, maintaining high satisfaction levels.
• Prepare shift schedules, approve time‑off requests, and ensure compliance with labor regulations.

Candidates must possess 3 to 5 years of progressive experience in retail operations, preferably within a supervisory or assistant manager role. Experience in a multi‑brand environment and familiarity with Rwandan retail regulations will be considered strong assets.

Salary
