Job Summary
The Accountant Manager will provide leadership and administrative supervision within the finance function while ensuring effective accounting operations, accurate financial reporting, compliance with accounting standards, and adherence to tax and banking regulations. The successful candidate will oversee journal entries, reconciliations, audits, budgeting support, and internal control processes.

Key Duties and Responsibilities
Accounting & Bookkeeping Management
- Coordinate bookkeeping and journal entry processes
- Ensure accuracy and timeliness of accounting transactions
- Supervise compliance with accounting standards and financial regulations
- Monitor tax administration and statutory compliance
- Maintain accurate financial documentation and records
Financial Reporting & Analysis
- Prepare monthly and quarterly financial reports
- Generate narrative reports explaining financial variances
- Ensure financial statements are accurate and compliant
- Prepare daily, monthly, and quarterly regulatory reports
- Support budgeting and financial planning processes

Reconciliation & Internal Controls
- Perform daily and weekly reconciliations of general ledger accounts
- Maintain roll-forward reports for assets, borrowings, leases, and loans
- Strengthen internal control systems and accounting procedures
- Identify financial risks and recommend process improvements
- Ensure value for money across all transactions
Audit & Compliance Support
- Support internal and external auditing processes
- Respond promptly to audit and inspection queries

Team Coordination & Leadership

Educational Qualifications
