Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Marketing Manager to lead our marketing efforts in Rwanda. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to drive business growth, increase brand awareness, and expand our market share. Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive business growth and increase brand awareness
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges
  • Manage and execute marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, digital, and print
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and customer service
  • Analyze and report on marketing performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement

Required Skills

  • Strong understanding of marketing principles, including segmentation, targeting, and positioning
  • Experience with digital marketing, including social media, email, and search engine optimization
  • Excellent communication and project management skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

Experience

5 years of experience in marketing, preferably in a similar industry.

Salary

The salary range for this position is 500,000 – 1,000,000 RWF per month.
