Job Overview

Oracle Rwanda is seeking an AI-Driven Customer Insights Analyst to lead the development of data-driven marketing strategies. This role will leverage artificial intelligence tools to analyze customer behavior, identify trends, and optimize marketing campaigns across digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Utilize AI-powered analytics tools to extract actionable insights from customer data.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement customer segmentation models.
  • Develop predictive analytics models to forecast customer preferences and market trends.
  • Optimize digital marketing campaigns using machine learning algorithms.
  • Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations for senior management.

Required Skills

  • Proficiency in AI/ML tools (e.g., TensorFlow, Python).
  • Experience with customer data platforms (CDPs) and CRM systems.
  • Strong analytical skills with a focus on digital marketing metrics.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Knowledge of SEO/SEM and social media analytics.

Education

Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Data Analytics, Computer Science, or related field. Advanced degrees (Master’s) in AI or Business Analytics are a plus.

Experience

3-5 years of experience in digital marketing, data analytics, or AI-driven business intelligence roles. Prior experience in the technology sector is preferred.

Salary

500,000 – 800,000 SSP per month, commensurate with experience and performance.
