Job Overview

The Electromechanical Engineering Manager will be responsible for leading a team of engineers in the design, development, and implementation of electromechanical systems for industrial automation projects. The successful candidate will have a strong background in electromechanical engineering, excellent leadership skills, and experience in managing cross-functional teams. Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of engineers in the design, development, and implementation of electromechanical systems for industrial automation projects
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to drive business growth and deliver customer-centric solutions
  • Manage cross-functional teams to ensure project deliverables are met on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve process efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction
  • Provide technical guidance and support to junior engineers and technicians

Required Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electromechanical Engineering or related field
  • 5 years of experience in electromechanical engineering, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills
  • Strong technical knowledge of electromechanical systems, including design, development, and implementation
  • Experience with industrial automation technologies, including PLCs, SCADA systems, and robotics

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Electromechanical Engineering or related field

Experience

5 years of experience in electromechanical engineering, with at least 2 years in a leadership role

Salary
