Job Overview
We are seeking a Digital Learning Platform Manager to join our team in Nyagatare, Rwanda. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the development, implementation, and maintenance of our digital learning platforms.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in education technology and a proven track record of managing digital learning platforms. Key Responsibilities
- Manage the development, implementation, and maintenance of digital learning platforms
- Work with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement digital learning solutions
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to develop high-quality digital content
- Conduct needs assessments and analyze data to inform digital learning solutions
- Develop and manage budgets for digital learning initiatives
Required Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Computer Science, or related field
- 5 years of experience in education technology or related field
- Proven track record of managing digital learning platforms
- Strong understanding of instructional design principles and adult learning theory
- Excellent project management and communication skills
