Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Digital Construction Manager to join our team in Nyarugenge, Rwanda. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the digital aspects of our construction projects, including Building Information Modelling (BIM), digital twins, and data analytics. Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement digital construction strategies for our projects
  • Manage the creation and maintenance of digital models, including BIM and digital twins
  • Collaborate with project teams to integrate digital construction methods into project workflows
  • Analyze data and provide insights to improve project performance and efficiency
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders

Required Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
  • 5 years of experience in digital construction, BIM, or related field
  • Strong knowledge of digital construction tools and software, including BIM and data analytics
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
