Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement end-to-end security architectures including Zero Trust frameworks and SASE models.
- Lead the response to complex security incidents and conduct deep-dive forensic analysis to prevent recurrence.
- Collaborate with government regulatory bodies to ensure compliance with Rwandan data protection laws and international standards.
- Mentor junior security engineers and architects to build a sustainable pipeline of local cybersecurity talent.
- Conduct regular risk assessments and vulnerability scans across all regional network infrastructures.
- Develop strategic roadmaps for the adoption of AI-driven threat detection and automated response systems.
- Manage relationships with third-party security vendors and integrate their solutions into the Cisco ecosystem.

Required Skills
- Expert-level knowledge of network security protocols, firewalls, IDS/IPS, and encryption standards.

Education

Experience
We are hiring in Rwanda professionals who bring a minimum of 10 years of experience in cybersecurity, with at least 5 years in a senior architectural or leadership role.
