Job Summary

The Agency Supervisor / Network Coordinator will oversee branch operations, monitor network performance, supervise agency activities, coordinate operational plans, and ensure achievement of organizational objectives. The successful candidate will support branch growth, staff performance, compliance monitoring, customer relationship management, and operational reporting within the microfinance network.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

Agency Supervision & Operations Management

  • Supervise and manage agency and branch operations
  • Develop annual schedules for branch visits and monitor implementation
  • Ensure effective monitoring of agreements and operational activities
  • Support network teams in achieving operational and financial targets
  • Coordinate branch performance reviews and operational reporting

Network Performance Monitoring

  • Monitor quantitative and qualitative performance indicators
  • Analyze operational achievements and identify performance gaps
  • Develop and implement corrective action plans where necessary
  • Ensure continuous reporting to the Operations Manager
  • Support compliance with company procedures and banking regulations

Exemption Request Processing

  • Collect and process exemption requests from departments
