Key Job Responsibilities (JD)
Human Resource Management
- Support and implement HR policies, procedures, and employee management systems.
- Coordinate recruitment, onboarding, staff documentation, and induction programs.
- Maintain employee records, attendance systems, leave tracking, and HR files.
- Assist with employee retention, engagement, and workplace culture initiatives.
Administration & Office Operations
- Manage day-to-day office administration and support smooth operational workflows.
- Ensure proper management of office records, filing systems, and internal communications.
- Coordinate office logistics, procurement requests, and administrative support services.
Employee Relations & Workplace Support
- Promote positive workplace relationships and employee engagement.
- Assist in addressing employee concerns, grievances, and disciplinary matters professionally.
- Support employee welfare and workplace satisfaction initiatives.
Payroll & Compliance Coordination
- Support payroll preparation, attendance monitoring, and benefits coordination.
- Ensure HR practices align with company procedures and workplace regulations.
- Maintain confidentiality of employee records and organizational information.

Training & Staff Development
- Identify employee training requirements and coordinate staff development programs.
- Organize workplace orientation, HR compliance sessions, and skill-building workshops.

Reporting & Administrative Support
- Prepare HR and administrative reports for management review.
- Support departmental coordination and assist leadership with operational improvements.

Education Requirements
Applicants must possess:
- Diploma in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Office Administration, Public Administration, Management, or a related discipline.
- Additional certifications in Human Resources, Administration, Payroll Management, or Employee Relations will be considered an added advantage.
Experience Requirements
- Minimum 3–4 years of professional experience in human resources, office administration, recruitment, employee management, payroll coordination, or administrative operations.
- Previous experience within healthcare, medical supply, corporate administration, NGOs, logistics, or service organizations preferred.
- Practical experience in HR documentation, staff coordination, office management, and employee relations is beneficial.
