Job Description (JD)
The Human Resource Associate will support the Human Resource and Social Impact Manager in managing recruitment, onboarding, employee training, performance management, and HR administration functions to ensure smooth organizational operations.
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
The successful candidate will:
- Support end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition processes.
- Assist in creating job descriptions, vacancy announcements, and recruitment materials.
- Coordinate candidate sourcing, screening, and interview scheduling.
- Maintain recruitment records and applicant databases.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Employee Onboarding
Responsibilities include:
- Supporting the onboarding process for newly hired employees.
- Developing onboarding schedules and orientation programs.
- Ensuring smooth integration of new employees into the organization.

Training & Employee Development
The HR Associate will:
