H1: Save the Children Rwanda Case Management Officer

The Case Management Officer will provide direct support to survivors of violence against women and children while ensuring confidentiality, dignity, and safety throughout all interventions. The role involves conducting assessments, preparing case plans, coordinating referrals, supporting psychosocial activities, and working closely with communities, volunteers, schools, and humanitarian partners.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide case management services for vulnerable children and families
  • Conduct assessments, registrations, safety planning, and follow-up visits

Education Requirements

Experience Required

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in case management, child protection, social work, or humanitarian programs

  • Experience in emergency or refugee settings is an added advantage
