Job Summary
The Risk Manager will support the Enterprise Risk Management and Compliance function through implementation of risk management frameworks, compliance systems, internal controls, AML monitoring, and corporate governance procedures. The role focuses on identifying, measuring, monitoring, and reporting financial and operational risks while ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory standards.
This role is suitable for professionals with strong expertise in risk analysis, insurance operations, compliance monitoring, AML procedures, KYC processes, financial reporting, and strategic risk management.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
Enterprise Risk Management
- Monitor implementation of group risk policies, procedures, standards, and guidelines
- Identify operational and financial risk gaps and recommend corrective actions
- Conduct risk assessments and support enterprise risk management initiatives
- Develop risk dashboards, reports, and compliance monitoring systems
- Support continuous improvement of risk management frameworks
Financial Risk Analysis & Compliance
- Conduct stress testing, sensitivity analysis, and financial risk simulations
- Monitor compliance with regulatory requirements and internal control systems
- Track compliance matrices and risk monitoring reports
- Prepare quarterly risk reports for the Board and Executive Committee
- Ensure adherence to corporate governance and regulatory frameworks

AML, KYC & Regulatory Oversight
- Implement Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and sanctions compliance procedures
