Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Offshore Wind Farm Structural Integrity Engineer to join our pioneering team in Kibungo, Rwanda. This critical role involves ensuring the structural reliability, safety, and longevity of offshore wind turbine foundations and support structures in challenging marine environments. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive structural integrity management systems for offshore wind farm foundations and support structures
• Conduct advanced structural analysis including fatigue assessment, ultimate limit state analysis, and accidental limit state evaluation
• Monitor structural performance through sensor data interpretation, regular inspections, and computational modeling
• Design and optimize inspection, maintenance, and repair strategies for offshore structures

Experience
