Job Overview

The Machine Learning Engineer will join the Research & Development team to design, develop, and deploy advanced machine learning models that power Microsoft’s AI services in the region. You will work closely with data scientists, software engineers, and product managers to translate business requirements into scalable AI solutions. Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and optimize machine learning algorithms for natural language processing, computer vision, and predictive analytics.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to integrate AI models into Microsoft cloud services and enterprise solutions.
• Conduct data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model validation to ensure high performance and reliability.
• Monitor model performance in production, troubleshoot issues, and iterate improvements.
• Document technical specifications, code, and best practices to support knowledge sharing across the organization.

Required Skills

• Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar ML frameworks.
• Strong understanding of statistical modeling, deep learning architectures, and algorithm optimization.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure AI, AWS, or Google Cloud.
• Ability to work with large datasets, SQL/NoSQL databases, and data pipelines.
• Excellent problem‑solving skills, communication, and teamwork.

Education

A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related discipline is required. Advanced degrees (M.Sc. or Ph.D.) in Machine Learning or Artificial Intelligence are highly desirable and will be considered an advantage.

Experience

Applicants should have 3‑5 years of hands‑on experience developing and deploying machine learning models in a production environment. Prior experience in cloud‑based AI services, research collaborations, or large‑scale data projects will strengthen your application.
