Job Overview
Easy and Possible is seeking a qualified and motivated Head of Partnerships, Innovation and Funds Mobilization to support strategic growth, fundraising, partnership development, and international engagement for EPO and the Forum of African Youth Organizations (FAYO).
The successful candidate will lead partnership-building initiatives, strengthen donor engagement, coordinate fundraising strategies, and enhance the international visibility of EPO and FAYO. This position is ideal for professionals passionate about youth empowerment, innovation, sustainable development, and organizational growth.

EPO also established the Forum of African Youth Organizations (FAYO), a continental platform connecting youth-focused organizations across Africa and beyond.
Key Responsibilities
Partnerships Development and Management
-
Build and maintain strategic partnerships with NGOs, government institutions, donors, media organizations, embassies, and private sector stakeholders
-
Strengthen collaboration with FAYO beneficiaries and member organizations
-
Expand the FAYO network across Africa and internationally
-
Develop institutional partnership strategies for long-term sustainability
Funds Mobilization and Grant Acquisition
-
Lead fundraising and resource mobilization initiatives
-
Identify local and international funding opportunities
-
Prepare grant proposals, concept notes, partnership pitches, and funding applications
-
Maintain donor relationships and fundraising databases
Innovation and Strategic Growth
-
Develop innovative projects aligned with EPO and FAYO objectives
-
Support international growth and institutional visibility
-
Identify opportunities for participation in conferences, forums, and international events
Proposal Development and Documentation
-
Draft and coordinate high-quality proposals and fundraising documents
-
Ensure alignment with donor priorities and organizational goals
-
Prepare reports, case studies, and visibility materials
Stakeholder Engagement and Representation
-
Represent EPO and FAYO at meetings, conferences, and strategic events
-
Coordinate communication with development partners and international organizations
-
Promote institutional credibility and public visibility
Internal Coordination and Capacity Building

Collaborate with management and program teams
-
Support proposal writing and donor engagement training for staff

Strengthen internal coordination of fundraising and partnership activities
Qualifications and Experience
-
Bachelor’s degree in International Relations, Business Administration, Development Studies, Communication, Marketing, Economics, Social Sciences, or related field
-
Master’s degree is an added advantage
-
Minimum 3 years of professional experience in partnerships, fundraising, or donor engagement
-
Experience working with NGOs and government institutions preferred
-
Strong experience in proposal writing and grant acquisition
-
Knowledge of youth development, media projects, community development, or TVET initiatives is advantageous
Language Requirements

Fluent in Kinyarwanda, English, and French
-
Additional languages are an advantage
