Job Overview
The Digital Learning Experience Designer will be responsible for designing and developing digital learning experiences that are engaging, effective, and meet the needs of our customers. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of instructional design principles, adult learning theory, and digital learning technologies.

Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop high-quality digital learning experiences that meet the needs of our customers
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to develop learning content
- Conduct needs analysis and learner analysis to inform design decisions
- Develop storyboards, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for digital learning experiences
- Collaborate with developers to implement designs
- Test and evaluate digital learning experiences to ensure they meet quality standards
Required Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Education, or a related field
- 3-5 years of experience in instructional design or a related field
- Strong understanding of instructional design principles and adult learning theory
- Experience with digital learning technologies, including learning management systems and authoring tools
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
