Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop digital learning experiences that meet the needs of our customers
- Work closely with our product development team to ensure that digital learning experiences are aligned with business objectives
- Conduct needs analysis and develop learning objectives, outcomes, and assessments
- Design and develop instructional materials, including online courses, tutorials, and other digital learning resources
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure that digital learning experiences are accurate and relevant
- Test and evaluate digital learning experiences to ensure that they meet the needs of our customers
Required Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Instructional Design, or a related field
- 5 years of experience in instructional design, digital learning, or a related field
- Strong understanding of instructional design principles, adult learning theory, and digital learning technologies
- Excellent communication and project management skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
