Job Overview

As a Digital Financial Inclusion Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to increase financial inclusion in Rwanda. You will work closely with local stakeholders, including government agencies, financial institutions, and technology companies, to design and implement digital financial services that meet the needs of underserved populations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategies to increase financial inclusion in Rwanda
  • Work closely with local stakeholders to design and implement digital financial services
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities for financial inclusion
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and launch new products and services
  • Build and maintain relationships with local partners and stakeholders

Required Skills

  • 5+ years of experience in financial inclusion, digital payments, or a related field
  • Strong understanding of the financial inclusion landscape in Rwanda
  • Excellent project management and coordination skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Education

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, such as business, economics, or international development.
