Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Cybersecurity Governance Specialist to join our team in Nyagatare, Rwanda. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing cybersecurity governance policies and procedures to ensure the security and integrity of our systems and data.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cybersecurity governance and risk management, with experience in developing and implementing cybersecurity policies and procedures. They will also have excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement cybersecurity governance policies and procedures to ensure the security and integrity of our systems and data.
- Conduct risk assessments and identify potential cybersecurity threats and vulnerabilities.
- Develop and implement incident response plans to respond to cybersecurity incidents.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the implementation of cybersecurity policies and procedures.
- Provide training and awareness programs to employees on cybersecurity best practices.
Required Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- 5 years of experience in cybersecurity governance and risk management.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong knowledge of cybersecurity policies and procedures.
