Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement innovative menu concepts that reflect Rwandan culture and global trends.
- Collaborate with local agricultural partners to source sustainable, high-quality ingredients.
- Conduct culinary research to develop new recipes and techniques.
- Train kitchen staff on modern culinary practices and food safety standards.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor offerings to maintain a competitive edge.
