Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor critical control points, conduct in‑process checks, and enforce quality standards.
  • Lead a team of 15‑20 production staff, providing coaching, performance feedback, and development opportunities.
  • Collaborate with Maintenance to schedule preventive maintenance and quickly resolve equipment issues.
  • Implement Lean and Six Sigma methodologies to improve yield, reduce waste, and lower operational costs.
  • Maintain accurate production records, batch logs, and regulatory documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations at all times.
