Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement blockchain-based solutions for enterprise clients in Rwanda.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate blockchain with existing IT systems.
  • Conduct feasibility studies and security audits for blockchain projects.
  • Provide technical leadership in smart contract development and decentralized application (DApp) architecture.
  • Stay updated on global blockchain trends and regulatory requirements in Rwanda.

Required Skills

  • Expertise in blockchain platforms like Hyperledger, Ethereum, or Binance Smart Chain.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Solidity, Python, or Go.
  • Experience with cryptographic protocols and consensus mechanisms.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and understanding of distributed systems.
  • Excellent communication for client-facing technical presentations.

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Master’s degree or certifications in blockchain (e.g., Certified Blockchain Developer) preferred.

Experience

  • 5+ years in blockchain development and architecture.
  • Proven track record in deploying blockchain solutions for enterprise environments.

Salary

4,000,000 – 5,500,000 SSP annually, commensurate with experience and project impact.
