We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Digital Payment Systems Manager to join our team in Musanze, Rwanda. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the development, implementation, and maintenance of digital payment systems in Rwanda. Key Responsibilities

• Manage the development, implementation, and maintenance of digital payment systems in Rwanda
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful launch and operation of digital payment systems
• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including banks, merchants, and government agencies
• Provide technical support and training to customers and internal stakeholders
• Identify and mitigate risks associated with digital payment systems

Required Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• At least 5 years of experience in digital payments or a related field
• Strong technical skills, including knowledge of payment systems, APIs, and data analytics
• Excellent communication and project management skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and to prioritize multiple tasks and projects

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field

Experience

At least 5 years of experience in digital payments or a related field
