Job Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Digital Agriculture Systems Coordinator to join our team in Nyagatare, Rwanda. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating the implementation of digital agriculture systems, including precision agriculture, data analytics, and digital extension services.
The Digital Agriculture Systems Coordinator will work closely with our team of agronomists, sales representatives, and farmers to promote the adoption of digital agriculture technologies and provide technical support to farmers. The successful candidate will also be responsible for collecting and analyzing data on the impact of digital agriculture systems on farm productivity and sustainability.

Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate the implementation of digital agriculture systems, including precision agriculture, data analytics, and digital extension services.
- Provide technical support to farmers on the use of digital agriculture technologies.
- Collect and analyze data on the impact of digital agriculture systems on farm productivity and sustainability.
- Work closely with our team of agronomists, sales representatives, and farmers to promote the adoption of digital agriculture technologies.
- Develop and implement training programs for farmers on the use of digital agriculture technologies.
Required Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in digital agriculture, precision agriculture, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of digital agriculture technologies, including precision agriculture, data analytics, and digital extension services.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a team environment and build strong relationships with farmers and other stakeholders.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Computer Science, or a related field.
Experience
3-5 years of experience in digital agriculture, precision agriculture, or a related field.
