Job Overview
We’re seeking a highly skilled Digital Agriculture Systems Analyst to join our team in Nyarugenge, Rwanda. As a Digital Agriculture Systems Analyst, you will play a key role in the development and implementation of our digital agriculture solutions. You will work closely with our team of experts to design, test, and deploy digital tools that support farmers and help them optimize their operations.
Our ideal candidate has a strong background in agriculture, technology, and data analysis. You should be familiar with digital agriculture platforms, precision agriculture technologies, and data analytics tools. Excellent communication and project management skills are also essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement digital agriculture solutions that support farmers and help them optimize their operations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and develop solutions that meet those needs.
- Work with farmers, agronomists, and other stakeholders to understand their needs and develop solutions that address those needs.
- Develop and maintain databases, data systems, and data analytics tools to support digital agriculture initiatives.
- Conduct data analysis and provide insights to support business decisions.
Required Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in digital agriculture, precision agriculture, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of digital agriculture platforms, precision agriculture technologies, and data analytics tools.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Computer Science, or a related field.
Experience
3-5 years of experience in digital agriculture, precision agriculture, or a related field.
