Key Responsibilities

  • Design and develop digital learning experiences that meet the needs of our customers
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to develop high-quality content

  • Test and evaluate digital learning experiences to ensure they meet our quality standards
  • Work with the production team to ensure that digital learning experiences are delivered on time and to budget

Required Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Education, Instructional Design, or a related field
  • 3-5 years of experience in designing and developing digital learning experiences
  • Strong understanding of instructional design principles and adult learning theory
  • Experience with a range of tools and technologies, including learning management systems and authoring tools
  • Excellent communication and project management skills
