Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive process mapping and time‑study analyses to identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies.
• Develop and implement lean manufacturing tools such as 5S, Kaizen, and Value Stream Mapping.
• Collaborate with production supervisors, quality engineers, and maintenance teams to design and test process improvements.
• Utilize statistical process control (SPC) and Six Sigma methodologies to monitor performance metrics.
• Prepare detailed reports and presentations for senior management, highlighting cost savings and productivity gains.
• Lead pilot projects and scale successful initiatives across multiple production lines.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations throughout all optimization activities.

Required Skills

• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities with proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Minitab, Excel).
• In‑depth knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and Six Sigma concepts.
• Excellent communication skills for cross‑functional collaboration and stakeholder engagement.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with manufacturing execution systems (MES) and ERP platforms.

Education
