Job Overview
The Blockchain Technology Specialist will lead the development and implementation of blockchain solutions to enhance transparency, security, and efficiency in public and private sector operations. Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy blockchain-based applications for government services, financial systems, and supply chain management.
- Conduct research on blockchain trends, protocols, and use cases to identify opportunities for innovation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate blockchain solutions with existing IT infrastructure.
- Provide technical guidance on blockchain security, smart contracts, and decentralized identity systems.
- Train stakeholders on blockchain technology adoption and best practices.
Required Skills
- Proven experience in blockchain development (Solidity, Ethereum, Hyperledger, or similar platforms).
- Strong understanding of cryptographic principles and distributed systems.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, JavaScript, or Go.
- Experience with API integration and cloud computing platforms (AWS, Azure).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to translate complex concepts into actionable solutions.

- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Advanced certifications in blockchain (e.g., Certified Blockchain Developer) are a plus.
Experience
- 3-5 years of hands-on experience in blockchain development and implementation.
- Experience working in government or public sector projects is preferred.
Salary
500,000 – 800,000 SSP per month, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
