Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies for Hootsuite’s Rwandan clients.
  • Manage social media campaigns across platforms including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter.
  • Analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics and Hootsuite Insights.
  • Create engaging content, including blog posts, videos, and infographics, to enhance brand visibility.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing initiatives with business goals.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.

Required Skills

  • Proven experience in digital marketing, preferably in a B2B or B2C environment.
  • Strong proficiency in SEO/SEM, email marketing, and paid advertising (Google Ads, Meta Ads).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Kinyarwanda.

  • Knowledge of CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce) and project management software (Asana, Trello).

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Advanced certifications in Google Analytics, Facebook Blueprint, or HubSpot are a plus.

Experience

  • 2-4 years of experience in digital marketing roles, with a focus on strategy development and execution.
  • Previous experience in the technology or SaaS industry is advantageous.

Salary

3,000,000 – 4,500,000 SSP per month, commensurate with experience and performance.
