Job Overview
The Human Resources Generalist will provide support to the UNICEF Rwanda team in the areas of human resources management, recruitment, and capacity building. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all HR-related processes are implemented in accordance with UNICEF’s policies and procedures. Key Responsibilities
- Provide support to hiring managers in the recruitment process, including job posting, interview scheduling, and selection
- Manage the onboarding process for new staff members
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records
- Develop and implement HR-related policies and procedures
- Provide guidance and support to staff on HR-related matters
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of HR principles and practices
- Experience in recruitment, talent management, and employee relations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
Experience
2-3 years of experience in human resources, preferably in an international organization
Salary
RWF 500,000 – 800,000 per month
