Bralirwa is seeking an experienced Area Sales Supervisor to manage beverage distribution and sales operations in Gisenyi and surrounding markets. The successful candidate will oversee retail partnerships, support distributor networks, and ensure effective product placement across supermarkets, restaurants, and retail outlets.
The role requires a dynamic professional capable of driving revenue growth, analyzing sales data, and implementing market expansion strategies in Rwanda’s competitive beverage industry.
Key Responsibilities
Implement regional sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
Manage distributors and retail partnerships
Conduct market research and competitor analysis
Monitor sales performance metrics and KPIs
Coordinate promotional campaigns and trade marketing initiatives
Ensure proper product availability and merchandising standards
