I am a seasoned professional with over 30 years of diverse experience across the mining industry, UN system, NGOs, and administrative/project management roles. I currently work as a Maintenance Planner and Scheduler, where I am responsible for planning and scheduling maintenance activities to ensure operational efficiency, equipment reliability, and minimal downtime.
Previously, I served as a Senior Project Controller at Bisha Mining Share Company, where I managed project planning, cost control, scheduling, reporting, and performance monitoring to ensure successful project delivery.
Throughout my career, I have also worked as a Projects Coordinator, Senior GIS Technician, Database Administrator, and Administrative Assistant. These roles have equipped me with strong multidisciplinary expertise in project coordination, spatial data systems, database management, and office administration.
I bring 13 years of experience in the mining sector, where I developed strong capabilities in project controls, operational efficiency, and cross-functional coordination. In addition, I have 8 years of experience within the UN system in various technical and administrative roles, along with 4 years of NGO experience in Eritrea supporting development programs and organizational operations.
Across all roles, I have successfully developed and implemented office policies and procedures that improved efficiency and reduced operational costs. I am highly experienced in working within multicultural and multidisciplinary environments, with a consistent focus on delivering results, improving systems, and supporting organizational objectives.
