•Led and coordinated the evaluation of Rwandaʼs flagship social protection Vision Umurenge Program (VUP) in Eastern Province, assessing the effectiveness of safety net interventions through investigating the lived experiences of beneficiaries and local leaders. •M&E focal person for a district-wide primary health improvement project implemented by Management Sciences for Health (MSH) and funded by the Gates Foundation. We are aiming to empower district health management teams (DHMTs) to make evidence-based decisions and carry out effective interventions from hospitals to communities. •Led 48 enumerators in a World Vision strategy evaluation across Western Province; delivered 100% clean datasets under tight deadlines through teamwork, effective collaboration with stakeholders, and clear processes. •Partnered on research with GAIN, USAID, Right To Play, and World Vision; synthesized findings into actionable recommendations in health, nutrition, ECD, and community development. •Supported the initial set-up of the British Chamber of Commerce (BCCR): conducted market analysis, membership assessment, and risk evaluation, and contributed to the Chamberʼs strategy and implementation plan. •Author of high-quality reports, proposals, CNs...

•Worked day-to-day with underserved communities in Kayonza and Ngoma to understand, design, and implement social behavior change (SBC) strategies that were built on locally contextual insights, removing obstacles and encouraging sustainable positive change in Nutrition, Early child development, and Economic strengthening. •Built capacity and supported 100 + community volunteers (CHWs, IZUs, Parent Lumière) in nutrition, early child development, and SBC concepts and facilitation skills, strengthening their understanding and ability to teach and mobilize communities. •Established two adolescent girlsʼ savings groups in Kayonza district, improving their economic resilience, financial literacy and sense of community. •Authored and presented “Community Action Cycle” at the African SBC Summit 2024, sharing key insights on the high-impact intervention for sustainable behavior change.
