Job Overview

We are seeking a visionary Senior Fintech Product Manager to lead the strategic development of next-generation payment products in Bugesera. • Define the long-term product roadmap for digital payment services tailored to the Rwandan market.

• Conduct extensive market analysis to identify emerging trends in fintech and integrate them into the product suite.
• Manage stakeholder relationships with local banks and mobile money operators to enhance interoperability.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and iterate based on user feedback.
• Lead the development of API integrations that allow third-party developers to build on the Visa network.
• Ensure all product features adhere to strict global security standards and local financial regulations.

Required Skills

• Expertise in Agile and Scrum methodologies for product development.
• Deep knowledge of payment gateways, ISO 20022 standards, and blockchain applications.
