The Digital Learning Experience Architect will work closely with our content development team to create engaging and effective digital learning materials. They will also collaborate with our technology team to ensure that our digital learning platforms are user-friendly and meet the needs of our learners.

Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop digital learning experiences that meet the needs of our learners and clients
- Collaborate with our content development team to create engaging and effective digital learning materials
- Work with our technology team to ensure that our digital learning platforms are user-friendly and meet the needs of our learners
- Conduct user research and testing to inform the design and development of our digital learning experiences
- Develop and maintain design documentation and specifications
Required Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Instructional Design, or a related field
- 5 years of experience in designing and developing digital learning experiences
- Strong understanding of instructional design principles and adult learning theory
- Experience with digital learning platforms and technologies
- Excellent communication and project management skills
