Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Digital Learning Platform Specialist to join our team in Nyagatare, Rwanda. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing digital learning platforms that meet the needs of our learners and educators.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in education technology, with experience in designing and developing digital learning platforms, as well as a deep understanding of the educational landscape in Rwanda.

Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement digital learning platforms that meet the needs of our learners and educators
- Collaborate with educators and subject matter experts to develop high-quality educational content
- Conduct needs assessments and analyze data to inform the development of digital learning platforms
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including educators, learners, and community leaders
- Provide technical support and training to educators and learners on the use of digital learning platforms
Required Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Educational Technology, or a related field
- 3-5 years of experience in education technology, with a focus on digital learning platforms
- Strong understanding of the educational landscape in Rwanda
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with educators, learners, and community leaders
