Job Overview

The Energy Market Analyst will play a pivotal role in monitoring, analyzing, and forecasting energy market trends within Rwanda and the broader East African region. Key Responsibilities

• Collect and analyze data on electricity generation, consumption, and pricing across Rwanda and neighboring markets.
• Develop short‑term and long‑term market forecasts using statistical models and scenario analysis.
• Monitor regulatory developments, policy changes, and government initiatives affecting the energy sector.
• Prepare comprehensive market reports, dashboards, and presentations for senior management and external stakeholders.
• Support pricing strategy formulation by providing cost‑benefit analyses and competitive benchmarking.

Education
