Job Overview

The Beverage Supply Chain Analyst will play a pivotal role in optimizing the end‑to‑end flow of raw materials, finished goods, and information across the Kayonza bottling hub. Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain accurate demand forecasts for all beverage SKUs using statistical models and market intelligence.
  • Monitor inventory levels across raw material, work‑in‑process, and finished‑goods warehouses to prevent stock‑outs and excess.
  • Coordinate with procurement, production, and distribution teams to align supply plans with sales targets.
  • Analyze transportation routes and carrier performance, recommending cost‑effective logistics solutions.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly supply chain performance dashboards for senior leadership.
  • Identify process bottlenecks and propose continuous improvement initiatives using Lean and Six Sigma principles.
  • Support sustainability initiatives by tracking carbon footprint and waste reduction metrics.

Required Skills

  • Advanced proficiency in Excel, Power BI, or Tableau for data visualization.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex datasets.
  • Excellent communication skills for presenting insights to cross‑functional teams.
  • Knowledge of ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and supply chain modules.
  • Problem‑solving orientation and ability to work under tight deadlines.
  • Fluency in English and Kinyarwanda; French is a plus.

Education

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related discipline. Experience
