Job Overview

Deloitte Rwanda is seeking a Digital Transformation Consultant to lead initiatives that integrate advanced technologies into business operations. Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement digital transformation strategies aligned with business objectives.

Required Skills

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Problem-solving mindset with a focus on innovation and scalability.
  • Fluency in English and Kinyarwanda is a plus.

Education

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Advanced certifications (e.g., PMP, AWS, Microsoft Azure) are advantageous.

Experience

  • 3–5 years of professional experience in digital consulting or technology implementation.
  • Experience working in Rwanda or other African markets is preferred.

Salary

1,500,000 – 2,500,000 SSP per month, depending on experience and qualifications.
