Position Summary
The Executive Chef will oversee all culinary activities across multiple food outlets, ensuring outstanding food quality, kitchen efficiency, cost control, and guest satisfaction. The successful candidate will lead menu development, supervise kitchen operations, and implement international food safety standards.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead daily kitchen and culinary operations.
- Develop innovative menus and seasonal dining concepts.

- Supervise kitchen staff, sous chefs, and culinary teams.
- Monitor food cost controls and inventory management processes.
- Maintain compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations.

Educational Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Culinary Arts, Hospitality Management, Food Production, or a related field.

- Minimum 5–10 years of culinary experience, including leadership responsibilities.
- Experience within luxury hotels, resorts, or fine dining establishments.

- Experience with banquet and event catering operations is desirable.
