Position Overview
We are looking for a compassionate and highly skilled Registered Nurse who will provide quality patient care while maintaining the highest standards of clinical practice. Key Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive patient assessments and nursing evaluations.
- Develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
- Monitor patient conditions and report clinical changes promptly.
- Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders.
- Maintain accurate patient records and nursing documentation.
- Support emergency response and critical care interventions when required.
- Educate patients and families regarding treatment plans and recovery processes.
- Ensure compliance with infection prevention and patient safety standards.
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary healthcare professionals.
- Participate in quality improvement and patient care initiatives.
- Uphold nursing ethics, confidentiality, and professional standards.
Required Qualifications
- Diploma (A1/A0) or Bachelor’s Degree in General Nursing from a recognized institution.
- Valid professional nursing license.
- Registration with the appropriate nursing regulatory authority.
- Strong clinical assessment and patient management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work rotating shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
- Basic emergency care knowledge is an added advantage.
