Position Overview

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform comprehensive patient assessments and nursing evaluations.
  • Develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
  • Monitor patient conditions and report clinical changes promptly.
  • Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders.
  • Maintain accurate patient records and nursing documentation.
  • Support emergency response and critical care interventions when required.
  • Educate patients and families regarding treatment plans and recovery processes.
  • Ensure compliance with infection prevention and patient safety standards.
  • Coordinate with multidisciplinary healthcare professionals.
  • Participate in quality improvement and patient care initiatives.

Required Qualifications

  • Diploma (A1/A0) or Bachelor’s Degree in General Nursing from a recognized institution.
  • Valid professional nursing license.
  • Registration with the appropriate nursing regulatory authority.
  • Strong clinical assessment and patient management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to work rotating shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
  • Basic emergency care knowledge is an added advantage.
