  • Reporting To: Chief Inspection and Security Manager

Job Responsibilities

  • Install CCTV cameras and related surveillance equipment
  • Test and ensure all camera systems function properly
  • Conduct routine inspections of CCTV systems
  • Monitor and detect suspicious activities, theft, or security threats
  • Report incidents promptly to management
  • Prepare detailed incident reports when necessary
  • Ensure continuous recording and proper functioning of cameras
  • Save and archive important footage for investigations
  • Operate and control cameras (zoom, rotate, focus)
  • Manage monitoring screens and recording systems
  • Assist the Security and Inspection department with surveillance data
  • Track movement of people and vehicles when required
  • Provide technical support for malfunctioning equipment
  • Recommend system upgrades and improvements

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a Camera Operator or in a similar role
  • Strong communication, presentation, and organizational skills
  • Technical knowledge of CCTV systems and surveillance tools
