Job Description
University of Rwanda Holdings Group Limited (UR-HG Ltd), a company fully owned by the University of Rwanda, is hiring a Nurse (G-2D) to support its healthcare service operations in Rwanda. This role is ideal for professionals seeking nursing jobs in Rwanda or healthcare careers in Kigali, where you will contribute to clinical care, infection prevention, and patient support services. UR-HG Ltd operates healthcare and service units including medical care, consultancy, catering, media, and agro-veterinary services, with a strong focus on quality and institutional support.
Key Responsibilities
- Support treatment wings and assist clinicians during medical procedures
- Ensure strict compliance with infection prevention and control (IPC) standards
- Assist in sterilisation and clinical procedures as required
- Provide support in dental and clinical care units
- Assist in endoscopy and other specialized medical services (advantageous)
- Maintain hygiene and safety standards within healthcare facilities
- Collaborate with medical teams to ensure quality patient care delivery
Requirements
- Diploma (A1) or Bachelor’s degree (A0) in Nursing required
- A2 qualification in General Nursing is an added advantage
- Minimum 3 years of experience in clinical or healthcare services preferred
- Strong knowledge of infection prevention and control procedures
- Experience in sterilisation, clinical assistance, or hospital support services
- Experience in endoscopy assistance is an added advantage
- Ability to work full-time in a structured healthcare environment
